From Consultation to Confidence

Consultation
We begin in our London or Manchester salon, or by video call. We assess your hair, discuss your goals and walk you through every option available. The £50 booking fee is non-refundable, but it is credited in full against any piece you go on to order from us.

Colour Match
Strands are drawn from several ponytails and blended to achieve a perfect, colour match. You choose the base type, length and coverage area. Every detail is confirmed by you and matched to your hair before your piece moves into production.

Handcrafted for You
Your piece is constructed entirely by hand by our specialist team in a process that takes between 8 and 12 weeks. Every stage is carried out with precision. The time it takes is exactly what makes the result entirely, unmistakably yours.

Fitting
When your piece is ready, we invite you back to the salon for a fitting, trimming and any last adjustments. You leave wearing it, on the same day. Completely natural, completely secure, completely yours, and worn the way it was always meant to be worn.
